Immediately following serial killer Todd Kohlhepp’s arrest back in 2016, a woman walked into the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s office and told deputies that Kohlhepp had raped her.

This is according to recently unsealed incident report at the Sherriff’s office.

The alleged rape took place back in 2005, about two years after the four murders Kohlhepp committed a Superbike Motorsports, but still before the bodies were found on his property on Woodruff Road.

The alleged victim of the 2005 rape eventually decided not to move forward with her case, according to an additional report, given that an additional sexual assault charge would not have affected the seven life sentences Kohlhepp is currently serving.

Kohlhepp, a Spartanburg native, was first convicted of rape when he was 15 years old and living in Arizona, for which he served 15 years behind bars before eventually moving back to South Carolina.
