An Upstate woman will be appearing on a popular reality TV show this season.

Nysha Norris lives in Anderson and will get a shot at true love on ABC's 'The Bachelor' this season.  Norris is an orthopedic nurse and will be competing against 28 other woman on the program, which begins on January 1st, New Year’s Day.  Airtime is 8PM.  The 30 year old is from Belton, went to Clemson and will be vying for the heart of real estate agent Arie Luyendyk Jr., who is no stranger to reality TV.  He was actually a contestant on The Bachelorette back in 2012.

Norris thinks she has a good shot at winning since she says she’s loyal, honest and a good listener, plus she's still single because she has been trying to "meet guys on dating apps."
