PEMBROKE, Ga. (AP) — A new company is coming to Georgia's Bryan County.

WTOC-TV reports CZM Foundation Equipment announced Thursday at the Prosperity Through Trade Luncheon in Savannah that it is moving its headquarters — currently in Brazil — to Bryan County.

The plan is for a new 40,000-square-foot (3716.1-square-meter) facility that's expected to create about 75 new jobs. It will be located in the Interstate Centre II industrial park in Bryan County, where it has operated since 2012. It hopes to break ground in July and be operational by the end of the year.

CZM builds high-quality foundation drilling and pile-driving equipment. CZM USA Corp President Giuliano Clo says the area is the perfect location to launch the company's North American operations.

CZM will continue operating in Pembroke for fleet rentals and servicing.
