ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) — It appears a woman picked a poor time to rob a South Carolina liquor store.

A woman was arrested Thursday in Rock Hill by York County sheriff's deputies who were training nearby.

The Herald of Rock Hill reports 40-year-old Kelly Nicole Walden has been charged with strong armed robbery and lying to police.

Sheriff's spokesman Trent Faris said dozens of deputies were training and some arrived about a minute after the call.

Rock Hill police also surrounded the area.

Faris said deputies were told the woman had run to an apartment complex, where she was quickly captured. The woman complained of health problems and was taken to Piedmont Medical Center.

She was charged after she was released from the hospital. There no record of an attorney yet.
