NEWNAN, Ga. (AP) — A woman says her car was stolen at an Atlanta-area gas station while her child and dog were inside.

Sydni Anglin tells news outlets her 3-year-old daughter and pet weren't hurt and they've all been reunited. Anglin says she left them in her car Sunday night while she went inside the Coweta County gas station to pay.

County Sheriff's Investigator Anthony Grant says surveillance video shows it took a man roughly 30 seconds to drive away in Anglin's car. He says her daughter and dog were found at a Union City gas station and investigators believe the man had dropped them off.

Anglin says a witness gave her a ride to follow her car until they lost it.

Deputies found the vehicle Monday morning, but are still searching for the man.
