For over thirty years the Belton community has come together to celebrate hometown living in the midst of the Upstate’s beautiful fall weather and foliage.

This year’s Belton Standpipe Heritage and Arts Festival will combine the best of the past and infuse the event with new and fun activities that the whole family can enjoy.  Belton invites you to join thousands of their friends on the Square in Belton for a great celebration of hometown fun and entertainment on Saturday, October 7th.

Festival Day Events include but not limited to: 

  • Mule Drawn Wagon Rides through the Historic District and Pony Rides 
  • Heritage Days at the train depot
  • Exhibit viewings and museum tours
  • Standpipe tours
  • Antique show and sale
  • Corn Hole Tournament
  • Standpipe Festival 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

  • Live entertainment
  • Fireworks Display

Belton, South Carolina, offers small town hospitality, a convenient location and a wonderful quality of life. The town of over 4,000 people is located on the eastern side of Anderson County and is within 35 miles of larger upstate cities, including Anderson, Greenville and Greenwood. Charlotte, N. C. is only 120 miles to the north and Atlanta, Georgia 130 miles to the southwest, and both are less than a 2 ½ hour drive via nearby Interstate 85.
