The City of Greenville is hosting three community engagement sessions to discuss the status of the Bobby Pearse Center near North Main Park.  The Center has been closed since late May when it was damaged by a falling tree.

City leaders hope Parks & Recreation program participants, neighborhood residents and the general public will come out and provide feedback regarding the future of the center.

There are three sessions you can attend:

Tuesday, August 14 at 6PM
Tuesday, August 28 at 6PM
Tuesday, September 11 at 6PM

All sessions will be held at the the Sears Recreation Center at 100 East Park Ave, Greenville. This is the same location where all programs and activities that were held at the Bobby Pearse Community Center have been temporarily moved to.

If you cannot attend any of the sessions, the City says you can submit written feedback by Friday, September 14th to Brad Cuttino, the Recreation Administrator for Parks & Rec.
