Failed to give titles to people who purchased vehicles

SLED has arrested a Greenville auto dealer after he reportedly failed to give titles to people who purchased vehicles in the required 45 days.

56 year old Dennis Parham owner of East Credit Auto, was charged with seven counts of failure to deliver a certificate of title.

The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles requested that SLED investigate the case.

Parham was arrested on the charges and taken to the Greenville County Detention Center, where he was later released after posting bond.
