Deputies Investigate Two Armed Robberies

Within 30 minutes of each other

Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are investigating two armed robberies that occurred within a 30 minute time period Tuesday.

The first incident occurred at the Walgreens, located at 1 The Parkway, at 8:13am. The second incident occurred at the Burger King, located at 5013 Pelham Road, at roughly 8:30am.

During both incidents, the suspect entered the businesses, and armed with a handgun, demanded money. The suspect was not able to get any money from the Walgreens but stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the Burger King before fleeing on foot.


The suspect is described as a light-skinned male, with a green shirt, blue jeans and a stocking hat.

During the Walgreens robbery, the suspect had on a grey shirt. He is slim built and roughly 5’8” – 5’10”.

These photographs were obtained from the respective store’s surveillance systems. The suspect is believed to be in an early 2000’s model, silver sedan vehicle.
