Movies at Falls Park

The City fo Greenville is bringing back outdoor movies to Falls Park starting this Wednesday.  They'll play every Wednesday for the next 5 weeks.  The city say the movies will be classic film favorites under the stars and it's free.

Fidelity Investments is sponsoring Moonlight Movies this season.

The films begin at sundown, but moviegoers are invited to come early for prime viewing spots and to participate in movie-themed trivia.  Popcorn will be available for purchase, along with food trucks, making it a perfect movie going expereince. 

The schedule for movies is: 

May 1, The NeverEnding Story (1984)
A troubled boy dives into a wondrous fantasy world through the pages of a mysterious book.

May 8, Field of Dreams (1989)
An Iowa corn farmer, hearing voices, interprets them as a command to build a baseball diamond in his fields.

May 15, Mary Poppins (1964)
In turn-of-the-century London, a magical nanny employs music and adventure to help two neglected children become closer to their father.

May 22, The Little Rascals (1994)
Mischievous youngsters lead an anti-girl organization, and they pick their buddy to represent them in an all-important soapbox car rally.

May 29, The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Dorothy Gale is swept away from a farm in Kansas to a magical land of Oz in a tornado and embarks on a quest with her new friends to see the Wizard who can help her return home to Kansas and help her friends as well.
