Official Press Release from Lt. Ryan Flood with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office:

Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office have arrested 47 year-old, Michael Adam Knight on ten counts of First degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, ten counts of Second degree Sexual Exploitation of Minor, one count of 3rd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minor and one count of Voyeurism.

Investigators initiated an investigation on August 26th regarding his potential involvement with child pornography.

During the course of investigation, investigators executed a search warrant at Knight’s residence and with the assistance of “Queue” (GCSO Electronic Detection K-9), located multiple electronic devices containing hundreds of files of child pornography, including multiple, “live” victims; or victims directly in contact with Knight.

Several of those victims have been identified, however investigators are concerned there might potentially be more victims and are asking for anyone who might have had contact with Knight in a similar fashion, to call Crime Stoppers of Greenville at 23-CRIME.

Knight was arrested yesterday afternoon and transported to the Greenville County Detention Center where he was given a “no bond”.
