Four people turned themselves in relation to a drive-by shooting which killed an Anderson teenager in early June.​

The coroner reports the June 5th shooting appeared to be related to a fight between people at a graduation party at a motel.

The fight then continued at a nearby convenience store.

Around 2 AM, Lashanti Aayania Hester, 16, was driving her car near the intersection of East North Avenue and White Hall Road when she was shot in the head.

Hester was taken by EMS to AnMed Health Medical Center; she died within the hour.

Three people turned themselves in on Tuesday July 7th; another turned himself in on Wednesday morning.

Javon Christian Newson, 20, and Greterrious Calhoun, 19, as well as two 17 year-old girls turned themselves in to the police.

All four are facing murder charges in Hester's death, which has been ruled a homicide.

According to the Anderson Police Department, the investigation is continuing, but they are not looking for any more suspects at this time.
