Well... You can't get there from here... 

According to the South Carolina Department of Transporation, beginning Friday night 9pm, the right lanes of 85 NB  between Salters Rd and Roper Mountain Rd will be closed for 24 hours.

The two left lanes will remain open and detours in place for picking up 385.  

The closures will also affect picking up the interstate from Woodruff Rd.

Saturday detours include 385 Southbound traffic from 85 Northbound and along Woodruff Road as well. 

Official Release from the South Carolina Department of Transportation:

Drivers should expect several lane closures and detours along the I-85/385 Gateway project starting Friday night and going through Monday morning.
 
Beginning Friday, October  18, at  9 p.m. through Saturday, October 19 at 9 p.m., work will require the right lanes of I-85 Northbound between Salters Road and Roper Mountain Road being closed.

The two left lanes of I-85 Northbound will remain open.

Traffic seeking I-385 will be detoured to Exit 51A-C then Exit 51A to Woodruff Road where they will turn right and proceed to the Woodruff/I-385 intersection.

Traffic on eastbound Woodruff seeking I-85 Northbound will also be detoured to the Woodruff/I-385 intersection.
 
Starting Saturday, October 19, at 9 p.m. and going through Monday, October 21 at 5:30 a.m.,  traffic seeking I-385 Southbound from I-85 Northbound will be detoured at Exit 51C to I-385 Northbound then directed to Exit 37 Roper Mountain Road where drivers will cross the bridge to access I-385 Southbound.

Traffic on eastbound Woodruff seeking I-85 Northbound will be detoured to the Woodruff/I-385 intersection.

Traffic on westbound Woodruff seeking I-85 Northbound will be detoured to turn right at Roper Mountain Road then turn right to I-385 Southbound then take Exit 36A to I-85 Northbound.
