Daniel Troy Fulmer of Anderson has been arrested on four counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor Second Degree.

The investigation began when Agents with the South Carolina Attorney General's Office downloaded files that contained child porn from Fulmer's address.

They were being shared on a publicly available peer-to-peer network.

The case was sent to the ACSO Task Force investigator, which led to the search warrant being executed this past Wednesday and, ultimately, to Fulmer's arrest.
