The Asheville Police Department has located Janet Darlene Jump and she is safe.


The Asheville Police Department is asking the public to get involved in locating a woman who has been missing going on two weeks. 

Janet Darlene Jump was last seen April 24th near the Altamont Apartments in downtown Asheville. ​

She is described as a white female, 59 years old, 5'3", and weighs approximately 112 pounds. She has salt and pepper colored hair and brown eyes. A photo has been shared on our website.  Jump suffers from cognitive issues that cause her to be confused.

If anyone has any information on the location of Janet Darlene Jump they are encouraged to contact the Asheville Police Department.
