A teen accused of orchestrating and carrying out a deadly shooting at Townville Elementary School pleaded guilty in court Wednesday.

Jesse Osborne, 16, was indicted on two counts of murder and three counts of attempted murder, following an attack he carried out on September 28, 2016.

That day, Osborne first shot and killed his father Jeffrey Osborne. Then he drove to the school and began shooting there, wounding 6-year-old first grader Jacob Hall, two other students and a teacher. Hall later died of his wounds three days later in the hospital.

Osborne told the judge during Wednesday's hearing that he wished to plead guilty to all five indictments, waiving his right to a trial. Osborne didn't say much during the hearing, only answering with "yes, sir" to questions from the judge. He did not appear emotional, but kept a calm demeanor throughout.

A sentence will be issued at a later date.

Osborne had previously pleaded not guilty at his arraignment hearing in September.
