An Upstate daycare owner has been arrested on cocaine charges.

36-year-old Kyle Rogers was arrested Valentine’s Day night at a local bar after Greenville Police were called for a disturbance and possible assault.

The owner of three daycare facilities was taken into custody after police say he was causing a disturbance and placed cocaine on top of the bar and asked witnesses if they wanted any.

Rogers is listed as the president and owner of Classy Kids Daycare and he is now charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Roger’s wife who co-owns the day care says her husband has entered an in-patient rehabilitation facility and she adds business will continue as usual.
