A long-time fixture in the Upstate’s public relations community has moved on from one of the region’s most prominent institutions.

“Rosylin Weston has been with the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (GSP) since 1999 and has now decided it is time to move on to the next chapter of her life,” said Dave Edwards, president and CEO of the district.

“Rosylin was the first professional public relations person hired by GSP and has been the spokeswoman for GSP for her entire tenure. She has represented GSP in the community well during this time. GSP wishes Rosylin all the best in her future endeavors.”

During her tenure at GSP, Weston represented the airport on many committees associated with chambers of commerce and economic development. She played a vital role in sharing information regarding GSP’s recent terminal renovation, WINGSPAN. Weston also held leadership roles with the S.C. Aviation Association.
