Ken Pauli

Ken has been a news guy most of his adult life, starting at a small station outside of Atlantic City, NJ, after graduating college.  After bouncing around the New York and Philly areas, Ken ended up in Atlanta and working for several stations in the market, including WCNN.  Eventually, Ken began working for Turner Broadcasting and the CNNRadio network, doing news and producing material that ended up on some of the network’s 1200 affiliate stations in the U.S. and around the world. He was working the morning of September 11, 2001, which he says was the most intense day of his news career. In 2004, Ken was offered a position running a small group of AM stations in South Florida, including a News/Talk and All Sports station.  In 2010, Ken moved into more of a government and politics role, working as Chief of Staff for a Commissioner in Broward County, FL (Fort Lauderdale).  After weathering way too many hurricanes, he gave up Fort Lauderdale for the Upstate with our beautiful scenery and friendly people.  (Ken says he’ll never complain about Upstate traffic after living in NJ, Atlanta, and South Florida. We’ll check back with him on that to see when he changes his mind.)
